BIN KIANG COMMUNITY CENTER (BKCC) | PULAU UBIN

​

is a community center located in the heart of Pulau Ubin.

​

It is built to cater to people of all ages and from all walks of life.

​

BKCC consists of a communal garden whereby everyone is allowed to contribute to this community garden, a multi-purpose hall for functional purposes, a viewing deck, and also classrooms for nurturing purposes.

​

Lastly, BKCC also consists of playground space for the young ones so that there are activities provided for the younger generations.

Viewing deck

Located on second floor, residents or visitors from Pulau Ubin are able to use this space to enjoy the panoramic view of Pulau Ubin.

Children's Play Area

Despite receiving thousands of visitors every week, there was a realisation that Pulau Ubin lack amenities for children. Therefore, a play area has been provided for the children to play when they visit Pulau Ubin.

Multi-Purpose Hall

A multi-purpose hall has been integrated for events such as Pesta Ubin to occur. Apart from that, users are also able to use this space as a sports hall. It is also naturally ventilated in order to maximise the nature experience for the users.
